hey jackie, i have a back 'in- jury'. bery painful, lifted something wrong and now bed- ridden . went to chriocracker, will go again tomorrow. lower back back muscle locken a tight nkot, and spas ms when i try to move. using ice, not moving, and taking aspirin. i hope it heals wuickly . i dont want to miss working . lypps
